Dr. Zack Odwak

Dr. Zack Odwak  has always had an interest in sports and living an active and healthy lifestyle which piqued his interest in pursuing a career in healthcare. He graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science prior to receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States. During his clinical internship, Dr. Zack had the opportunity to work with high level athletes which furthered his passion of combining movement and athletics with healthcare.

Dr. Zack uses a patient-centered approach to empower individuals by helping them understand their injuries to better manage the recovery and to create an individualized treatment plan to reach their goals and aid in reducing future injuries. This approach allows his patients to not only improve their current symptoms but also move and perform better once pain-free. Dr. Zack not only utilizes chiropractic manipulation, but also addresses the surrounding tissues with soft tissue therapies, kinesiology taping, functional screens, and rehabilitation exercises.

Outside of the clinic Dr. Zack enjoys spending his time golfing, skiing, weightlifting, and exploring what Winnipeg has offer!

 Dr. Michael DeJong

The initial event that led Dr. DeJong to pursue a career in Chiropractic came when he was injured playing hockey at the age of 13. Following this accident, a chiropractor enabled him to overcome his spine and nerve injuries. This chiropractor educated him on the health benefits of maintaining a properly functioning spine and nervous system. He also encouraged him to consider Chiropractic as a career path.

After graduating with honors from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. DeJong returned to Winnipeg in 1994. He bought an existing practice in Windsor Park, where he grew up.

With 27 years of practice experience, Dr. DeJong has learned the importance of optimal health in achieving an optimal life experience. Dr. DeJong realizes the importance of educating people about the body's healing power and the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices and providing tools to achieve maximum vitality through these life essentials.

Tina Goustos

Tina graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology specializing in athletic therapy in June of 2018. Later that month, she wrote the Canadian Athletic Therapy national exam where she passed to obtain her credentials as a Certified Athletic Therapist.

During her studies, she completed over 1,200 hands-on practical hours split between clinical placements and field placements. She was fortunate enough to work with the University of Manitoba’s track and field team as their co-head therapist while managing a full course load. During this placement, she was able to learn a lot about high impact and running injuries including feet pain, knee pain, and shin splints. Throughout her education, she has been able to improve her skills such as hands-on techniques, being able to address and diagnosis musculoskeletal injuries, being able to create and adapt rehabilitation programs specific to the needs and demands of the patient, as well as her most valuable tool — which is being able to educate her patients.

Tina is certified in acupuncture, myofascial cupping and blading as well as neuro proprioceptive taping (K-Tape), that can be added to any treatment.

My goal is to get you back to doing what you love — pain free!
