Dr. Tamra Daye
Dr. Tamra Daye obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Manitoba then moved on to further her education at Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia. After obtaining her doctorate degree in Chiropractic in 1999 she worked for several years in Virginia before returning to her home town of Winnipeg. Dr. Daye opened her first clinic in Kenaston Common in 2008 and has now gone on to open a second clinic in the Charleswood area.
Dr. Daye also completed the program with Acupuncture Canada to become a certified acupuncture provider. As a Chiropractor, Dr. Daye believes proper movement is key to living a healthy functional lifestyle. Dr. Daye’s goal is to relieve patients’ pain by determining the underlying dysfunction and joint restrictions. This is determined through a comprehensive examination to uncover the cause before recommending treatment. Dr. Daye is passionate about helping her patients live life to their optimal level.
Dr. Daye utilizes a variety of techniques with special focus on diversified manual adjustments, mobilization, muscles release techniques, Thompson drop table technique, Activator (gentle low force instrument adjusting), Trigger Point Therapy, Medical Acupuncture and progressive rehabilitation programs. Dr. Daye treats patients of all ages as well as all trimesters of pregnancy. When she is not practicing Dr. Daye enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with her husband, son and twin daughters.
Dr. Sheena is a health and wellness advocate. She was introduced to chiropractic during her undergraduate degree at the University of Winnipeg, and she fell in love with it immediately. Dr. Sheena attended Chiropractic School in Bloomington, Minnesota along with her now husband, who is also a chiropractor!
After graduating in December 2019, She moved back to Winnipeg where she grew up, to be closer to family and serve her home community.
Outside of work, Dr. Sheena enjoys going for long walks in the summer, travelling and spending time with her loved ones.
Her mission is to spread awareness about the impact of musculoskeletal conditions that affect not only the general population but children, and mamas too. She wants to empower you to take control of your own health and help you make informed decisions based on the latest evidence.
After a thorough evaluation of the spine, Dr. Sheena will determine a specific treatment plan that works for you. Dr. Sheena provides chiropractic adjustments using manual and activator techniques. She also performs Graston technique, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, functional muscle testing and taping. Through chiropractic care and natural ways, she wants you to achieve your best health!
Dr. Caitlin Reimer
Dr. Caitlin was raised in Winnipeg and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2013. During undergrad, she fell in love with chiropractic after starting chiropractic care while she was a member of the Blue Bomber Cheer Team. She followed this love to Marietta, GA where she attended Life University and completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2017. Dr. Caitlin has done additional studies in pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care through the ICPA and is Webster Certified.
Throughout school, and after, Dr. Caitlin did extensive training with Kairos Training Culture, as well as BGI and MLS, which have guided her whole body approach and instilled in her the value of presence and connection over correction.
Dr. Caitlin spent several years working in Georgia and Florida and owns a chiropractic centre in Jupiter, Florida. She is Kairos Training Culture Lead Facilitator, a role in which she gets to share her knowledge and expertise of the science, philosophy and art of chiropractic to students and chiropractors around the globe. Dr. Caitlin has made appearances on The Artful Chiropractor Podcast and The Chiro Inspired Podcast, and is published in the Annals of Vertebral Subluxation Research. She has recently returned to her hometown, Winnipeg, and is serving her city with the team at Daye Chiropractic.
Her life purpose is to serve from a place of abundant love and limitless possibility. Dr. Caitlin is a space holder. She sees herself as a vessel through which chiropractic can flow from above down, inside out to achieve deep connection and healing in those she serves. When she is not serving at Daye Chiropractic she loves to spend her time outside in nature.
Dr. Manpreet Saini
Dr. Saini was born in India and raised in Winnipeg. She got her Bachelors of Science at University of Manitoba. Dr. Saini furthered her studies at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota as a Doctor of Chiropractic and has been practicing since 2017. Dr. Saini provides services in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Dr. Saini believes proper function of the nervous system is the key to living a functional and healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to try to relieve her patients' pain by focusing on the underlying issue of any movement patterns that may be limiting recovery by affecting the central nervous system. She works with her patients to design a treatment plan to help them achieve and maintain their health and wellness goals. Her adjustment techniques are: diversified manual, activator technique and drop technique.
Dr. Saini is also a Graston Technique® Specalist. Graston Technique® is an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) therapy. The instruments used are stainless steel with unique edge and angles specifically designed for different body locations and treatment goals. The purpose of Graston is to address soft tissue lesions and fascial restrictions. The goal is to restore pain free movement and function, help break down collagen cross links, stretching connective tissue and muscle fibres. Graston helps to increase cellular activity in the area by increasing blood flow and breaking down adhesions.
Dr. Saini enjoys an active lifestyle with cooking and baking healthy meals and treats and loves to spend time with her family, friends and her dog Lucy.
Tina graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology specializing in athletic therapy in June of 2018. Later that month, she wrote the Canadian Athletic Therapy national exam where she passed to obtain her credentials as a Certified Athletic Therapist.
During her studies, she completed over 1,200 hands-on practical hours split between clinical placements and field placements. She was fortunate enough to work with the University of Manitoba’s track and field team as their co-head therapist while managing a full course load. During this placement, she was able to learn a lot about high impact and running injuries including feet pain, knee pain, and shin splints. Throughout her education, she has been able to improve her skills such as hands-on techniques, being able to address and diagnosis musculoskeletal injuries, being able to create and adapt rehabilitation programs specific to the needs and demands of the patient, as well as her most valuable tool — which is being able to educate her patients.
Tina is certified in acupuncture, myofascial cupping and blading as well as neuro proprioceptive taping (K-Tape), that can be added to any treatment.
